Luca Boldrini is an international superyacht industry professional with experience across shipyards and design environments, including commercial roles within the Perini Navi Group and CRN. He currently serves as Managing Partner at FM Architettura, an interior design studio working on yacht and architectural projects.

Jim Dixon is Studio Principal of Yachts & Aviation at Winch Design, a studio specialising in exterior and interior yacht design. He oversees design development and coordination across projects, translating concepts into detailed solutions from early stages through construction.

Philippe Briand is a naval architect and founder of Philippe Briand Ltd and Vitruvius Yachts. He is widely known for sailing yacht design and performance-driven naval architecture, and has also developed efficiency-focused motor yacht platforms based on hydrodynamic research.

Clair Rozemeijer is Secretary-General and Executive Director of SYDNA and manages the association’s daily operations, communications and member coordination. She supports board activities, industry relations and organisational continuity, ensuring the functioning of the association and its engagement with members and partners.
